Please be assured we are always here for you and your pet. You can expect to find our full dedicated team in practice during the above hours, caring for your pets' needs, whether this be routine health checks, nurse clinics, veterinary consultations, surgical and medical procedures or advice, alongside ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions and food.

All our consultations are by appointment only, this it to try and reduce waiting times and congestion of our waiting areas. We have surgeries morning lunchtime and evening in Ramsey and Onchan and  Saturday morning. 

We have separate dog and cat waiting areas.  If you feel you have an animal that gets nervous, please call ahead and we can help minimise any stress. We will always try to fit your pet in for an appointment at the time you require, but please remember that urgent cases may occasionally take precedence. We will never refuse an appointment.

There are of course those emergencies that may happen outside of our normal working hours, however please do not worry, we have a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Nurse on call 24hrs, specifically to help you and your pet in these circumstances.
